The eyes look to be a mirrored image of each other. That's why it's giving an un-nautural look. It's lovely edit regardless.

Suggestion, try using the clone and heal brushes to remove the hair. I can see that you successfully moved the hair out of the image, but the eye is shifted unnaturally close to the other eye and I'm not sure if you did that just to get the hair out of the way or because you wanted to. Hope it helps!
