My Background Rules. Due to theft of my works these are my rules. You are allowed to use my background in print on and off of DA as long as you have turned them into your own art. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL MY BACKGROUNDS IN ANY WAY FOR OR SHAPE IN THE ORIGINAL FORMAT OR CLAIM THEM AS YOUR OWN. PLEASE respect my rules Thank You.

If you use my premade backgrounds.

Please do not use just a section of the background (EXAMPLE: MOON/BIRD/TREE). It is meant to be used as a whole. Otherwise please go to that particular stock or find another one.

Credit me in your description with a link back to the original stock photo or to my main page.

You must leave me a comment with a link to the deviation you've created. I want to see and

it.

I give full permission to use my stock in prints or any work that is used outside of DA including Commercial works as long as they have been changed and made into your own original work.

BE CREATIVE! Do NOT use my stock if you're only going to do minor changes like changing hue/saturation, texture overlay, or only put a border around the picture, etc.

may I ask why you are not allowed to use these for horse manips?

Because they are my rules. I allowed the people to use all my premade background for the horse manipulations and sites. Except for my new backgrounds which begin with the FGM. I spend time, money and a lot of work to create these backgrounds and offer them for free, then someone comes along and just copy and paste a horse and call it there own. they do nothing to make it there own no time or anything. So they are not allowed to use my New FGM backgrounds.

oh ok I understand now. I guess all you have to do with a horse is cut it out a chande the hue anyways so I respect that. your backgrunds are very well done and they are also very neat and arnt sloppy so I will hopefully find a person to incorporate with one of your beaautiful backgrounds
