I am getting to really hate the Holidays. Some kind of Family drama seems to happen every year at this time. I was starting to get into the spirit and Bang!!!! Drama...does this happen in your family???

Compared to the world, my family of 4 is tiny and we never have drama. I pick Grandpa up on our way to dinner and then we eat, open presents, watch a movie, and then bring Grandpa back home so he can enjoy his presents.

Just the way I like it. The only drama we have is when it comes time to clean up the kitchen. LOL

Aww. You poor thing. It has been a sad holidays here too with my MIL who passed away little over a month ago and there is friction between the siblings. It is rough to deal with so many personalities and sometime the hit and it is hard to keep the peace. I wish you all the luck!

My aunt dropped the bomb of her getting a divorce last year while at dinner. So yeah, everyone's staying at home this year

Oh My Dear. that must have sucked. If she is your aunt then she must have been married for quite a few years then. I hate to see that. after being married that long why would you want to throw it away and have to train another all over again. That is what I keep telling my hubby. I tell him I just got him broke in to the way I like him and I am not changing him for anything:lmao: I really am dreading the holiday this year though. Tensions are high right now and the stress is just killing me. I am not typically a stressed out person but pretty laid back but these last couple of months have just taken a toll on me.

She was married for 14 years. My cousin is 12. The marriage was on the rocks for some time but I thought she'd still consider the child. Well the whole thing is kind of fishy, I mean her divorce wasn't even finalized and she was already seeing another man. My mom, her sister, avoids contact with her for this so I'm not talking to her that much either. It's my cousin I talk to on the phone now and then, I fell bad for the kid because she made him switch 3 schools in 3 years and he's got pretty lousy grades. Sometimes it feels like she doesn't give a crap about him, I'm more preoccupied about his future than she is :\
