My work claimed as someone elses
Okay this a real first for me here on DA. After so many years I have never had the problem or I just haven't seen it first hand. I was browsing through my deviantwatch and I saw a work that contained my stock so I click on it to check it out and clicked on the stock links and this person has uploaded my pre-made background and is calling it here own under photography no less.

She has also used some of my other pre-made backgrounds and does not give credit at all but claiming as her own work. I didnt realize how angry this would make me. I mean to just upload with out any changes. Please help me get this deviation taken down from her gallery. Please report it.

I will continue to offer Free background but at the same time I will also be selling some to help me keep producing them. It just gets to expensive to keep buying stocks and then giving them away for free. I wish I could but times are hard as I am sure everyone knows

There are only a few simple rules to use my stock:
My premade backgrounds. Please do not use just a section of the background (example:just the moon or birds). It is meant to be used as a whole. Otherwise please go to that particular stock or stocker and use from there.
Credit me in your description with a link back to the original stock photo or to my main page. You must leave me a comment with a link to the deviation you've created. I want to see and 
it. I give full permission to use my stock in prints. BE CREATIVE! Do NOT use my stock if you're only going to do minor changes like changing hue/saturation, texture overlay, or only put a border around the picture, etc. You cannot manipulate my stock to make other stock unless permission is given. I reserve the right to request an un-watermarked copy of Manipulations using my Female and Male stock. I am keeping a keepsake book for my Kids. Do NOT enhance and upload my photos as your own! You may use parts of my females costumes/dresses but you may not cut out the face and replace with someone else's face!!! Unless permission is granted.But most of all...HAVE FUN!!!
